1. Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently only accept **UPI payments**. This ensures a fast and secure direct transfer. For international inquiries, please contact our support team.
2. How is the music delivered?
Once the payment is confirmed, the digital files/music are sent directly to the email address you provided during the purchase process. Please ensure your email is accurate.
3. Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of our products, **refunds are not possible** once the music files have been sent to your email. We encourage you to review all product details before purchasing.
4. Which software are these compatible with?
Our patches and templates are specifically developed and exclusively available for **Logic Pro X** and **MainStage**. We do not provide Standalone or Ableton Live versions.
