These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Sparrow Musicals ("we," "us," or "our"), regarding your access to and use of the sparrowmusicalscg.com website and any digital products or services provided through the platform.

1. Eligibility & Agreement

By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental or guardian consent. You agree that your use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Digital Licensing & IP

All products offered on Sparrow Musicals are digital assets exclusively for Logic Pro X and MainStage. Standalone or Ableton formats are not provided. Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for musical performances and productions.

Payment Method: We accept Payments via **UPI only**. Products are fulfilled manually and delivered to your email after verification.

Restrictions: Redistribution, resale, or sub-licensing is strictly prohibited. IP remains the property of Sparrow Musicals/Jeremiah John.

3. Account & Data Privacy

To access certain features, you may be required to register. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username if we determine it is inappropriate.

4. User Conduct

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all purchases. You are prohibited from using the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to data mining, hacking, or attempting to circumvent our security measures.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sparrow Musicals provides its products "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform or the inability to use our digital assets due to hardware or software incompatibility.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Sparrow Musicals and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Chhattisgarh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
