At Sparrow Musicals, we stand behind the quality of our premium worship sounds, patches, and digital assets. However, due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are governed by the following strict No-Refund Policy.
1. Digital Delivery Agreement
By completing a purchase on sparrowmusicalscg.com, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital content. Our fulfillment process is manual and personalized: once your payment (via UPI) is confirmed, the digital files/music are sent directly to the email address you associated with your account or provided during the transaction. Delivery typically occurs within 1-24 hours post-confirmation.
2. Non-Refundable Nature
Strict No-Refund Policy: All digital products, including MainStage patches and LogicPro X templates, are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Refunds are not possible once the music has been sent to your email. Because digital assets cannot be "returned" and their value is consumed immediately upon delivery to your inbox, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or inability to use the software due to system incompatibility.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
While all sales are final, we value our community. We may, at our sole discretion, offer technical support or a replacement file in the following limited cases:
- Corrupt Files: If the provided digital file is technically corrupt and cannot be opened after multiple attempts and support intervention.
- Double Transactions: If our system accidentally double-bills you for the exact same product within a 24-hour window.
4. Technical Support & Inquiry
If you experience any technical difficulties with your purchase, our priority is to get you up and running. Please contact us within **48 hours** of purchase:

- Include your Order ID and a detailed description of the technical issue.
Sparrow Musicals remains the final arbiter in all matters related to technical defects and digital fulfillment.
